what is this uniQX Fit Class?



It combines elements of  gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, sprinting, rowing or skipping and core conditioning to improve overall fitness.


It's only 45 min of high intensity training. This workout provide improved athletic capacity and condition with longer sessions typical of other regimens.

what should I wear / bring to session?



Please bring a water bottle and a sweat towel with you. We recommend wearing comfortable, athletic attire. 

is there a minimum age requirement to train with uniQmoves?



Students must be aged 15 or over to attend movement classes, however exceptions may be made for children who excel in gymnastics or ballet. Please enquire directly with our team for more information. 

Can i still train if i have an injury?



If you have an injury it’s important you ensure you have clearance from a doctor before you participate in a class, and that you let our teachers know beforehand too.


Our BodyWeight, weight-bearing exercises can benefit many people with chronic pain by helping the body regain its balance between strength and flexibility, movement and awareness. For some conditions we can adjust exercises where necessary.


One-on-one Personal Training may be most suitable depending on your injury or condition.


In short, it depends. Ultimately, it’s best you make the call yourself as to whether aerial bodyweight fitness is right for you based on your circumstances as well as your doctor’s advice.

do i need to get fit before i start training?


One of the things that makes MovBility so unique is our community of people from literally every walk of life: stay-at-home parents, students, CEOs, members of the armed services, accountants, you name it.


We make no judgements, except to applaud you for your courage in walking in the door. Regardless of where you are starting, we will meet you right where you are and accompany you on your journey to fitness. Every imaginable size, shape and age; and yet, our workouts every day, are designed for anyone to do them.


But we do require to fill up our Liability Waiver Form before you start training with us.

Would you come to my gym or home?



The answer is YES. We understand everyone is different and wants to be treathed in different way. We have such a friendly gym with amazing members however what ever is your excuse is we will keep you moving wherever you are.
